We recommend departure ferries between 9-11am (Singapore Time) and return ferry between 3-5pm (Batam / Bintan Time). Bear in mind that there is a one-hour time difference between Singapore and Batam / Bintan. 9am in Singapore is 8am in Batam and Bintan.
